Initial Consultation – 75 minutes 

  • In depth review of health history, symptom checklist, dietary history and specific goals
  • Review blood work and labs
  • Discussion of interconnectedness of your symptoms and challenges
  • Follow-up summary and step-by-step plan

Monthly Program

  • Detailed clinical research to support your unique health concerns and goals 
  • Two- 50 minute, customized coaching sessions per month with Charlotte via Zoom or phone 
  • Follow-up session summaries 
  • Email support beween sessions to clarify progess and make course corrections as necessary
  • Education material handouts to support your goal

5 session package

  • Five 50 minute  consultations
  • Suggestions and an action plan  after each meeting
  • Educational material to support your learning
  • Email support between meetings to clarify suggestions
  • End of program report with plan for your continued success
