Contains the  components of a traditional yoga class: breathwork, movement, relaxation, and meditation with the intention of promoting pain relief and ease in the body

Specific considerations for this class:

  • Seated poses will be demonstrated in a chair
  • Minimal transitions from standing, sitting, and lying down
  • Small class size for more personalized instruction
  • Visualizations geared towards healing and release pain
  • A variety of alignment suggestions and modifications are offered
  • Option to submit Health Awareness form for individual feedback on how to approach this class and certain modifications you may want to make

 

This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience

Gentle Yoga 

Contains the components of a traditional yoga class; breathwork, movement, relaxation and meditation offered at a slow and gentle pace.

Specific considerations for this class:

  •  Seated poses will be demonstrated on the floor 
  • Slow transitions from standing, sitting, and lying down
  • Majority of class will be on the floor
  • Extended relaxation at end of class
  • A variety of alignment suggestions and modifications are offer      

 



  

 

This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience

Gentle Flow Yoga 

Contains the components of a traditional yoga class; breathwork, movement, relaxation and meditation offered at a quicker pace than the gentle class.

 

Specific considerations for this class:

  • Majority of the class will be standing pose
  • Transitions throughout the class
  • Detailed instructions for alignment and modifications

 

          

 

 

This class is appropriate for all levels of yoga experience

Flow Yoga 

Contains the components of a traditional yoga class; breathwork, movement, relaxation and meditation offered at the quickest pace. 

 

Specific considerations for this class:

  • Quickest pace class
  • Prior knowledge of poses and alignment recommended  
  • Minimal alignment and modifications offered 
  • Many transitions throughout class
